Now that we're back home and have had some time to catch-up with life, I wanted to thank you one more time. We are so glad that we used Go Real Europe for the portion of our trip in Hungary and the Czech Republic. From the moment we landed in Budapest, everything went exactly as described on the itinerary. The person who picked us up at the airport was waiting when we arrived and we had a wonderful ride in a very nice BMW to the KK Opera Hotel. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was quite small and had no view, but no complaints since we knew we would not be spending a lot of time there. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the breakfasts were delicious (although crowded a couple of mornings due to a couple of Rick Steves tour groups).

We are so happy that we decided to have you arrange a tour guide for our first morning in Budapest. In the four hours that we spent with her, she not only showed us many major sites with excellent commentary, but we used the Metro and the buses with her, which gave us the confidence to do so on our own over the next few days. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat which we really appreciated. (Menza, Cafe Kor, and Corso are three that we particularly liked). We had no issues getting the train tickets with the confirmation number you gave us for our departure from Budapest.

Once again our transportation to Cesky Krumlov was waiting for us as scheduled at the Linz train station. We had a pleasant trip to Cesky Krumlov and we're glad we made this diversion from our original plans, even though it rained the whole time we were there. The hotel was so historic, the staff very accommodating and the views from our room were spectacular.

The bus ride to Prague the next day was a little more challenging since there were delays in the departure due to the flooding and the staff at the bus station didn't seem to know what was going on. We even met a fellow passenger who was waiting for the same bus who spoke the language, and she was told that the bus was delayed for 2 hours. You had told us that it would be an hour late, so we decided to stay at the station (a pretty depressing place!) and wait. We are so glad we did. Your information was correct. We felt bad for the woman we had befriended who had left the station to go to a cafe, expecting a two hour delay. Once we got on the bus, we had a very nice ride. It was as luxurious as a bus trip can be. Our friendly driver was waiting for us at the Prague bus station and actually met us as we walked away from the bus with our luggage. So we didn't have to deal with the options listed in your itinerary of crossing the street to look for him, etc.

The hotel in Prague was absolutely perfect...great location, extremely friendly staff, and really nice rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to a larger room. Must have been due to your relationship with them... thanks!!! The breakfast at this hotel was the best of all the hotels we stayed in. I loved that they offered cappuccino as well as espresso and coffee. Not to mention that they also had a Nespresso machine in the room.

I also wanted to thank you again for getting me that phone charger. I decided to keep it for all my future European trips. We really saw the impact of the floods in Prague. But I would say that the only things we weren't able to do was walk the Charles Bridge and take the funicular. Other than that, we walked all over town, and I think took the trams only twice, when we went up to the castle and monastery. One of our favorite restaurants in Prague was Italian, I believe the name was Al Dente.

All in all, we had a great experience in Eastern Europe and we owe it all to you and Go Real Europe. The language barrier could have been intimidating but with the services that you provided, we were able to ease into each new environment so we never felt that way at all. I know that Trip Advisor doesn't have a rating system for tour companies, but I will mention Go Real Europe in some of my postings and hopefully that will convey to others our satisfaction with your company.
