Day 1: Arrival in Prague

Upon your arrival in Prague, our private driver will pick you up and take you directly to your centrally located hotel. After checking in, explore the beautiful old town in Prague. Use our detailed directions to find all the highlights including the Old Town Square, and the Astronomical Clock. 


Day 2: Guided Walking Tour and Royal Castle in Prague

Your private guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you for a 3,5h walk, during which you will discover the Royal Way in Prague, a historical route that connected the Old Town to Prague Castle. Your tour will encompass Charles Bridge and Mala Strana before ending at the Castle, where you'll have free time in the afternoon to explore at your own pace. Later, you can also revisit Malá Strana – the Little District, one of the nicest parts of the city. 

Day 3: Petřín Park, New Town and Vinohrady District

Ride to the top of Petřin Hill using the funicular and explore the beautiful gardens there, before climbing the mini Eiffel Tower, from which you’ll see a great view of Prague. After that, go to the New Town to find the late 19th-century art nouveau buildings. In the evening spend time in Vinohrady, one of Prague's nearby neighborhoods, known for its density of great bars and restaurants. Use our suggestions for the cafes and restaurants and enjoy an evening drinking Czech wine and local cuisine.

Day 4: Karlštejn Castle

Karlštejn Castle is located only 35 kilometers from Prague and can be easily reached by train. The ride takes only 30 minutes, and, on the way, you can enjoy the nice scenic views of the Czech countryside. The Castle is one of the most famous in the Czech Republic as it was founded by Charles IV to collect all his treasures there.


Day 5: Kutna Hora

Today, head to the charming little town of Kutna Hora. Thanks to the silver mine located in the area, historically it was a very powerful and rich town. You can find many impressive monuments there, for example, the Sedlec Ossuary - known as the Bone Church, St Barbara’s Church, medieval salt mines and, the Royal Mint. Due to the numerous historic buildings, Kutna Hora became a part of a UNESCO World Cultural Site and you can easily spend the entire day there. 


Day 6: Česky Krumlov

Spend your last day in the Czech Republic in Česky Krumlov, arguably the most beautiful town in the whole country. Your visit there will start with a privately guided walking tour, during which you will see the highlights of the town, learn it’s history and become familiar with its fairytale old town. In the afternoon, visit the incredible castle before spending the evening strolling the narrow cobbled stoned streets of Krumlov’s old town and enjoying the regional cuisine in one of the local restaurants.


Day 7: Journey to Bratislava, Private Walking Tour

Our private shuttle company will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and drop you off at your centrally located hotel in Bratislava in Slovakia. After checking in, you will meet your guide in the hotel lobby and go for an introductory private walking tour of the old town. You will learn many interesting facts about the Slovak capital city and get to know its topography. After the tour, you can explore the old town by yourself. You shouldn’t meet too many crowds there, so it will be a relaxing experience.


Day 8: Devin Castle and Typical goose lunch with a Slovak family

Start your day with a self-guided excursion to the dramatic ruins of Devin Castle. There are also many great hiking opportunities in the neighborhood, which will give you a chance to discover the natural beauty of Slovakia. After this excursion, join the traditional goose lunch in the house of a local family. Not only you will try the local specialties but also you will learn a lot about Slovak cuisine. In the evening go to Kamzik Television Tower, located out of the city center. You can get to the top of it and enjoy the great views from its restaurant.

Day 9: Departure from Vienna

Our private driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the international airport in Vienna. If you wish to extend your trip further, speak to your travel consultant.
